Progressive Cavity Pump

The down hole progressing cavity pumps (PC Pumps) are designed for use in both oil and coal bed methane recovery applications where the economics of oil and gas production demand efficiency, reliability and low life-cycle cost from the pumping equipment. The pump design is ideally suited for both low to high flow applications and also allows for the development of multi-stage pumps that increase the pressure handling capabilities.

The heart of the IAL / NOV Monoflo pump is the rotor and stator. As the single helix rotor revolves eccentrically within the double helix of the stator, a continuous cavity is formed and progresses towards the discharge end of the pump as the rotor rotate.  With the engineering and manufacturing expertise possessed by NOV Monoflo and its 75 years of experience, NOV Monoflo’s rotors and stators are designed to handle the toughest PCP applications. 








We also carry a CFER Technologies lenience that allows us to conduct "in house" production modeling and designing of the PC Pump production flow path. This combine effort allows us to bring a comprehensive solution to our customer.
